Jessy James, has more than 15 years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development and Change Management with leading global organizations like GE, Right Management and Arthur Andersen.

She has led several organizational HR transformations, designed and implemented HR Processes for various organizations, provided executive coaching to senior managers and conducted competency based assessments. She has worked in various countries like US, Singapore, Sri Lanka and India, where her focus has been to design and implement global leadership development initiatives.

She is an experienced facilitator and has conducted workshops in creating vision, HR strategy, performance management, competency building, behavioral interviewing skills, leadership and career management. She is also adept at using Large Scale Interactive Procedures (LSIP).  Additionally, she uses Six Sigma principles.

She has an MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Purdue University, US.
